I need help with Powerquest Lost and Found

My 20 gig hard drive with all my mp3s on it crashed a long time ago but I had no idea how to recover the files. Yesterday I heard about Lost and found so I downloaded it and I can get it to run fine, my hard drives show up and everything, including the damaged one. So I choose the 20 gig as the source and go to the destination page, where all of a sudden my only chioce is a flopppy drive. The other hard drive (s) are no longer listed. Anyone know why this is happening?
