I need help with my web server

Hi, I run a web server. Operating system is windows 2000 advanced server and I'm using IIS for the web host. I would love to be able to see how many hits I'm getting and see when there are concurrent connections. Anyone know how I could do this??

LMK
thanks
mike

Unfortunately I would also LOVE a solution to this.. It seems as though Win2k PRO has a hand up on Advanced Server.. With PRO there is an applet in the control panel that shows you how many people are connected realtime... The only way to see with Advanced server (that I have found) is with Log Files.. (I use Webtrends to analyze the traffic) But I would also be interested in if there is any way to see REALTIME how many people are on the site.. I found a little .asp trick that shows you how many connections there are.. check my page and you will see what I mean..
