My Sound Blaster Live MP3 5.1 sudenly stopped working right pretty much right in between sounds playing. Suddenly it only plays through the 2 speakers if I switch to 4 speaker mode. I thought it may be the drivers, so booted in dos mode with a boot disk with the dos drivers on it but anything trying to play a sound in dos locked up the pc. Is there any hope it's not damaged hardware?
