so i decided to bring one of my old computers back in operation and i'm having some trouble.

it's an Asus K7M board with a 500Mhz slot Athlon, 256Mb Mushkin PC133 memory and a TNT2 Ultra. Now the strange thing is when i turn it on nothing appears on the screen. It sound like its turning on, but the computer doesn't post and i don't see anything on the screen. There are also no beeps.

Here are some things that i tried:
First i tried different memory, both PC133 and PC100, with no difference.
I reset the processor to make sure it was ok.
I even tried changing the keyboard (aparently this was a problem with these boards).
Next I tried a different power supply. I tried two different power supplies that i know work (took them right out of computers that i use). Now the strange thing is with these other power supplies nothing at all happens. when i press the start button its like the computer isn't even plugged in. It doesn't even try to start, just nothing. This is just weird and i never ran over anything like this. Just for the record all PS are ATX.

Does anyone have any suggestions? I would really like to get this system running.

Is the cpu fan turning? Make sure it is plugged into the correct header on the mobo too. No cpu fan speed signal to the mobo usually means no boot.

yeah it's spinning
That does not mean anything, it probably needs to be plugged into the MB on the right header.
Keyboard and mouse in wrong socket will cause a no boot, reset the BIOS, The BIOS battery may be dead from setting for a long time.
