I would ask this in [/L]forums.planetunreal.com[/L] but it seems to be down.

Within the game browser of UT, there is a tab for CHAT... I believe it accesses irc.gameslink.net (Not exactly sure) Then you can pop into what channel you want..

I know there is a way to access this through MIRC, I just don't know how...Can somebody help me?

 
you need to add a new server, and then put in the server name and the port number, then just join it like any regular server in undernet or dalnet.
