I need help with ATi control center, PC to 37"Lcd

I got ATI 3850 with a HDMI connector hooked up to my Pannasonic Viera 37",I watched internet tv without problems lately I d been trying to connect a Blue Ray and I chose extended desktop from the menu and now the whole TV screen is in 640x760 I can't do nothing to fix it, the only thing coming to my mind is remove the video card from the motherboard slot and started again. Any ideas? there is any Hot key for this o Safe Mode?

Does that card also have an S-video output? Perhaps you extended your desktop to the TV-out, and it changed the HDMI output to a lower res?
