Group Project. We need an article about organizational behavior, specifically how a company enacted a program that has yielded positive results (employee empowerment, cultural renewal, etc...). Must included employee quote about how great the OB initiative is, and before and after snapshots of company performance measurements (can be revenue or something like employee satisfaction etc..).

I have looked and looked and looked at the Uni library and my hometown library, but dammit I cannot find articles on specific companies. Nothing on Google/AltaVista/Yahoo meets requirements. They are all on industries, or abstract theoretical papers written by eggheads. My group members are having some problems also. I will give a reward (reasonable of course) depending on quality of submission. Feel free to suggest a reward, such as piece of hardware or big fat e-kiss. I have a new computer mod kit (plexi-glass and light) that I can offer if anyone is interested.

Most of what you ask for are confidential company data, I don't think any one is willing to display it for you to see, better if you fake one.

The class prof says the WSJ and Fortune write about these all the time. But the ones I find in these issues are incomplete or only a couple of paragraphs. We need something in-depth. We have to cite our research, so faking a company is not an option.

JSTOR is an archive of scholarly journals with papers/articles on just about everything. Lexis Nexis is a news archive with articles from hundreds if not thousands of newspapers/other publications. You have to have a subscription to use either one of them, but my school pays for them.
