I need help with a website layout

Ok I sliced my layout and have it in dreamweaver. I made my main content box expandable with the table inside a table. It works, but when it expands, it screws up everything else. not sure why. I have deleted all the slices of plain white. Am I not supposed to do this? I am looking for someone I can send this to to check out if needed. Help appreciated

Don't slice out of Photoshop. The markup is crappy and deprecated.
Learn to code layouts strictly with CSS..
