I know some of you know the law pretty well; lawyers, judges, policy officers etc....some of u guys have to be in the forum! anyways, here is the thing, i got a parking ticket ($275), and well to be honest, i really did do it <duh>. Now heres my question, does a ticket have to be 100% accurate to be valid, and when i mean accurate, right down to the time? Heres the scenario, 4 other cars were ticketed, it was @ 9:30pm when we all got cited. On all our tickets it says 2130 in the time column.....but the thing is, there is no possible way a cop can write 4 tickets all within a 1 minute time frame (getting all our license plates, writing in the vc #, even writing in a no front license plate citation). Now obviously im sounding really stupid, but im hoping there is a law that requires a ticket to be 100% accurate, or it can be ruled out. Pls, if any1 could inform me on my situation....HELP! i dont want to pay that much money!!!!
