I need help w/ Dual Boot : Win XP Pro and ME

I have a Windows XP Pro install on my 40gig HDD w/ NTFS. I installed a 2gig HDD as my page file but being on the same IDE cable didn't help. So I want to put Windows ME on this 2 gig HDD that is formatted with FAT32. The reason I want to do this is to be able to watch my DiVX movies without it crashing every 5 mins. Please tell me how I can install this "downgrade" on the 2 gig HDD that does not have any Win XP files and is formatted with FAT32.
