I have a HP ZE5185 laptop w/2.4ghz cpu, 512mb ram & 32mb ATI Mobility M6.
I'm trying to run Battlefield 1942 & am having troubles with the pc crashing with this game & others.
ATI claims they don't have a new driver yet. The one I have is a year old.
Can anyone help?
Also, PLEASE include a link to the page where I can download the driver if any are out there.

THANKX!!!!!

I've already tried that, ATI just says to consult with the notebook manufacture (HP). I've e-maied HP, but have got no response. On HP's driver's page for my notebook, it says nothing about vid card drivers.

hello
i just downloaded the above drivers w/ directX 9.0, and still no avail. Battlefield still crashes pre-game, and i can't notice a improvement in any other games.
i tried getting the new catlyist frm ati, but they don't have one for the mobility.
come on people, i need help BAD!!!

My advice is to check Battle Field 1942's compatible hardware list. If your card isn't listed on it, then don't try to run it. BF1942 is very picky about the hardware it runs with. It is a top of the line game using technologies, that are beyond your year old laptop cards ability to handle. Buy a new laptop, or find a new game.
