Okay, I went to Good Guys today and I checked out the Klpisch Quintet Speakers and I really like them. They had just the 4 sats and the center for $499! The sub itself was $350.
At ubid, they have the quintet sats for sale at $54 each, so $216 for all four satellites. I think that I can find a decent center and a sub for much less money than how much Good Guys is selling them for.
So is this a good idea, or should I stick with the JLB SCS150's where I can get the 4 sats, center channel, and sub for around $300-350? They normally sell for $600.
