I need help picking a note topic!

So next semester i have to write a 50 page "note" with the following requirements:

1. must pertain to technology to a certain extent
2. must be an issue for facing the INTERNATIONAL community
3. must be a novel topic or a novel twist to an existing topic.

any ideas guys?

The overmassing amount of pr0n on the internet.... but here's the twist......... it's MIDGET pr0n. The media uses "little people" so much today, only because they're "little people". I find it weird at least.

How about something about India recently boycotting (to an extent) Microsoft, and trying to implement a larger Linux enviroment.

Two things:
1) What the fsck is a "note?"
2) Why does one "Corporate Thug" have to write anything himself? Dont you just pay for it or "delegate" that someone else pay for it to be delegated?
