My issue is child abuse
I can't seem to find a link directly to CPS either...

Have you tried going to searchengine and doing a search on "child abuse"?

I tried that and looked @ the sites again (i thought it wasn't an "official page for CPS" first time around) and scrolled down some more and it says that it is
my bad
