i am looking for a MOBO for my new build, I will be putting it together with a socket 939 CPU (probably the 3700+) San Diego. I am looking at the DFI LanParty NForce4 Ultra-D, any other recomendations???? I want something you can OC nicely.

You will love the 3700+ San Diego. It's an awesome choice even if you didn't overclock, but since you do - fasten your seat belt! The chip averages 2.8Ghz on stock air cooling...it's a beast. Excellent o/c mobo too! Look no further than DFI. Just get some high quality RAM to match and you're all set.
