What did you install to the front panel connecter labeled 'speakers?' I cant figure out what to put. It says speaker data, nc, ground, speaker power, but i dont have those... also my 'power led' connector was not 3 pins. "this connects the speaker installed to the system chassis" wtf?

I've got the same motherboard.

After looking at it, are you talking about the connector that is for the internal case speaker?

Looks like it based on what I'm looking at on my mobo ;).

A lot of cases come with a small crappy internal speaker that allows them to beep and boop to let you know how its doing. Thats what plugs onto that on the motherboard.

So its not really that important? I dunno. I feel like there are a bunch of useless wires. Like, two of them just enable firewore/usb 2.0 ports for expansion usb/firewire pci cards lol. Thanks, any help is appreciated! The plugs are starting to seem like cake (this is my first build).

One thing, how come every 4 pin molex connector that connects into the psu molex slots, has a twin slot that doesnt have 4 pins? Like an opposite of the one that connects into the psu. Grounding?

What kind of PSU is that? Some have a couple female molex connectors for fans and whatnot. Maybe I'm not understanding correctly though.

Also, that little four-pin-wide speaker connector goes on the "front panel" section of the motherboard along with the power led and hd led, etc. And, yes, sometimes the case manufacturer, especially Enlight, can have different sized front panel connectors which is a total bizatch cause then you need to either mod the connector or do without.

Its a fortron 530, what exactly do male and female refer to? Its a mystery to me lol. Plus, its not a 4 pin speaker connecter, its like 4 single ones lol :(

I'm confused. On your MOTHERBOARD, usually in with the front panel connections (for power LED, HD LED, etc.), there will be a 4-pin connector for a PC speaker. If your CASE has a built-in speaker, it will have a 4-pin female plug that should be connected here. This will allow your system to 'beep' at you from the BIOS, etc. Not connecting it won't do anything bad, although you won't be able to hear any BIOS beep codes if you have a hardware problem.

I've got no idea what you're even talking about here. Can you try to describe it better? I know what a 4-pin molex connector is, but what's a "twin slot that doesn't have 4 pins"?
