I need help - I did something stupid.

I inadvertently associated all my computer's icons to Microsoft Outlook. Does anyone have an idea how I can fix this?

Restore point?

Go to Default programs/Associate a file type or protocol with a program,
Scroll down to .ico,
select Change program, select Windows Photo Viewer
