I need help getting a deleted partition back!

I have two hard drives:
1 36 gig raptor that i installed windows on (fresh install)
1 200 gig drive that i had partitioned three ways with NTFS:
Partition 1 - 110 gig storage
Partition 2 - 50 gig had windows on it
Partition 3 - 40 gig had very important pics and music (this is the partition that i lost)

Well i was installing windows on another hard drive (raptor) and i deleted partition 3 on accident while i was trying to delete the old windows partition. I didnt format it and i was hoping that there was a free program i could use to get it back.

Thanks for any help, i tried one recovery program that was free but it only could get back FAT deleted partitions.
