I need help from someone knowledgeable in AutoCad 2006.

I use AutoCad 2006 and Architectural Desktop 2005 on a regular basis, but my problem is that I have to keep switching between programs to use certain tools. Is it possible to transfer tools from Desktop 2005 to AutoCad 2006 (such as the wall tool or staircase tool). I know both of these programs use the same engine so I would think that transferring tools is some how possible. Thanks.

I think it depends on what tool you want to use and if it has a conflict in vanilla AutoCad. Find the application you want in ADT and try loading it with Tools/Load Application, or the APPLOAD command.

I haven't used CAD in a few years but yes I know it is possible. How to do that is behond me tho ...
