Scenario: recommend polcies to counter any future shortages like the "Oil shocks of 70s"
Focus is on Middle EAst and using Gulf War as a foundation and reference

Keep a military presence in the Gulf insuring that no one country controls the entire oil supply. Maintain good diplomatic relations with all the countries in the mideast. Have drills in Alaska ready to pump oil with a few day's notice in case something does go down in the mideast. Make sure a draft dodger with no military experience doesn't get back into office.
