Start with the one that you think will make you the most productive in the least amount of time. I've heard good things about Python so start with 100 days of code. After that, start the Go course. Data science with projects in 90 hours seems beneficial.

Compare the course outlines of the similar courses to see which one will help you learn more varied topics as well as give you experience in developing different types of applications.

Most important thing is to start. I'm guessing that you bought these on sale. Refund a course only if you believe that the course will not be helpful to you in meeting the goals you have set for yourself.

I think it depends a lot on your own credentials as well (i.e. do you have a degree, or just these certs). There are still way too many places that will still require you to have a full degree. These certs will then help show that you have had some additional, specialized training to possibly get your foot in the door for your first job, but after that, really your work experience will be more useful.

From my experience, the only certs that really matter are ones that are required by government for their contracts/contractors. However, for getting your first job in the industry, the cert can help you stand out from the other entry level applicants.
