I need help for a research paper please read.....

I'm writing a management paper which is my final. It is an Org Behavior company analysis on Microsoft.

I need clear and concise financial information, nothing too indepth but a general idea on relative size, performance (key ratios) etc etc.

I need articles or websites on how they manage diversity, about leadership in the company, motivational techniques, organizational structure, hwo they use teams, and organizational culture or social architecture.

If you can help repy please.

Think he meant to say "All I've". Hope he proofreads that paper better than he did that post.

Of course I can understand, it is probably due 8 AM tomorrow, so he doesn't have time to breathe, let alone proofread.

its due on the 4th but I only have the history part of microsoft done so far and I gotta get the rest done... I'll have thanksgiving but difference between researching on a t3 and 56k is down right torture that would drive any college student insane.....

Try Marketguide for financial information. If you cannot access it through this link, try accessing it through Yahoo! MSFT profile.

Try looking through their home page for links. Most companies have sections of their site devoted to the issues you mention. Look through their annual reports and 10-Ks and 10-Qs (which are on their website - check Investor Information) for additional information on diversity, leadership and management (bios of Bill Gates and Ballmer and others), and organizational structure. Finally, check out 'Microserfs' by Douglas Coupland for an incredible insight into Microsoft culture and the 'cult of Bill'.

Use Google to search for articles on Bill Gates and Steve Ballmer as they will provide the impetus for motivation of the company's employees etc.

That should be plenty of information to turn in an 'A' paper.
