I bought a cell phone at Fry's. It was supposed to come with two separate $50 rebates, which was on the price sign as well at the time I bought it. Fry's says there is only one and the store manager refuses to believe me. I am waiting on a call back from AT&T district manager to verify they were offering two rebates. In the meantime, I want to write a letter to Fry's district and corporate offices. They give you an address to their corporate office, but not the district one. How do I go about finding it? Or how can I find out how to contact the AT&T Wireless district office?

edit: Two employees at the Fry's store, that I spoke to today, remember the deal and agree that it had two rebates. But they claim they never had the rebate form in stock. They said I would have to go online but they cannot provide a web address. Neither can AT&T or Siemens customer support. I think I am working on a case of false advertising here. Please help

Regional offices? Fry's? You gotta be joking.

Fry's is a private company and nobody seems to know anything about their management structure. Fry's management is, as far as I can tell, an impenetrable wall. Good luck, but you're facing a tough battle here.

Yeah no kidding. I bought a phone being advertised as having two $50 rebates, and after a month one of the rebates is still missing. The store manager never calls me back and neither do any of the supervisors. I have been talking face to face with one supervisor who I think is sick of me. But I will not go away :)

Well now AT&T phone rep says they did not have any rebates on that phone when I bought it. So it's false advertising by both AT&T and Fry's now. Fry's sign claimed two rebates, and so did the in-store AT&T representative. Looks like I have lots of letters to write, now that I have names of all the AT&T's corporate officers :) and the district manager of AT&T wireless.
