I Need Help Finding Server Internet Filtering

I am looking for cheap software that I can load on a server that works like Microsoft ISA Sever. (server based Internet Filtering) I do not have the funds for ISA and CALs for all the PC's i have. This is for a small private school. Kids are logging into there home PC using logmein.com and other similar programs. They are then free to do what ever they want. I need a centralized server app to block sites and log everything.

Advanced for any suggestions you can help me with.
