I need help finding a fun program I saw once........

A long time ago I was visiting my uncle and he had a program that allowed you to select different weapons and shoot or blow up whatever you had on the screen at the time. He was supposed to send it to me before he got rid of it but he never did. I know someone out there has seen this or something simialr before. I have searched and searched for it but it is hard to describe to a search engine so I always come up blank. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
