I need help dividing binary numbers...

How do you divide 100111.11 by 110?

I know that's 39.75 divided by 6, which should be 6.625, but I just can't follow it through.

Just do what you normally would do if you were doing long division. Oh.. with the exception that all you can put is 1s or 0s.
