I need help cooking.

Hi all,

I'm trying to do the DASH diet to lose weight and its working....

I eat a lot of special k type cereal for the breakfast hours, a bunch of broccoli, fruit, salads (had a salad last night). anyway, I also eat roast turkey sandwiches on wheat, sometimes chicken salad sandwiches, etc.

Last night I cooked a grilled chicken portion with Mrs. Dash on top and it was AWESOME.

Can anyone give me some HEALTHY options for dinners? Its where I seem to run out of ideas...
 
Cooked ground turkey meat + taco seasoning + bed of lettuce/tomatoes/jalapeno peppers/cheese + salsa = healthy Mexican salad.
 
I thoguht the DASH diet was a low-sodium thing meant to help with high blood pressure? That's what my doctor said, anyway.
