Someone said this before... but, most often times, people don't post on these boards mentioning how much or how great their motherboard is... they post things that they are having problems with... Of course, there are and will always be problems or compatability issues with a certain motherboard, but overall all motherboards are rated very well. You are only able to catch a glimpse of the "problem" areas of the motherboard which might or might not affect you. If people posted threads saying how much they love their motherboard, then it might equal out...

What I am trying to say is, regardless of all the troubles that other people are getting, chances are, you might get them too, but u might get them regardless of which motherboard you pick. Just feel safe to know that people here are willing to help, and they've all been through it before... countless times.

I recently installed 4 computers, with MSI k7T Pro2a, and have had only 1 problem of the 4 boards... So, they are really good and really well designed motherboards. Right now, I have my 1ghz TBird OCed to 1325.. pretty amazing eh?

so, just decide on what you need, dont worry about the problems.
