I need help - audio help!!!!!

I have this mp3 that has a bunch of nonsense for about 7 minutes before it gets to the song.
How can I edit it so I have a separate mp3 with just the song?

The nonsense is part of the original. It's Maynard from Tool screwing around. But I like the song at the end.

BA - I'm helpless around computers and Napalm isn't any help with this. How do I edit it?

Don't run back to the computer with them. You know what they always say.

Uh just make your recording device Wave in Sound Options. Then use a Wave recorder to record it. Record it from where it starts to end, save it as a wav and encode, etc. etc.
