I need Disc #4 of compaq/HP recovery discs

The copy I made on a clients computer won't work for some reason..

I think it's bull that Compaq expects the end user to pay for a software installation disc (which they bought when they bought the computer) if the copy they sent on the HD doesn't work for some reason..

Can someone help? Here's the contents of my CD (unsure if they're correct or not)

the system restore disc is going to vary on each model. What model compaq/hp does your client have?
 
It's a Presario SR1403WM

On a sidenote, I don't see how the restore discs would vary too greatly between models.. Unless it's a drastic difference like notebook/desktop, etc.

umm, the restore disc vary because different models come with different software preinstall. For instance some modelw may come with windows xp home edition, while others may come with windows xp professional edition.
