I need car recommendations for the $10-15 range

I'm graduating high school and my parents are too broke to give me money for college, much less a car... I found some money in my jeans today and I thought I could use a car. I'm thinking a Supra but I might be able to make my dad take out a loan for something decent. Any thoughts?
 
You know my dad sold a perfectly driveable k-car to the junk yard for 50 bucks. It had no brake booster (and no brakes), only 3 tires + 1 mini spare, but it was quite a good car. ALso, wouldn't pass emissions since it had no exhaust system, pipe broke near the cat. converter. BUt as a parts car, that was worht at least 1k. Stupid parents i tell you.
