I need bios settings to help over clock my abit bd7II

Help me out fellas. I cant figure it out....

what are you overclocking? what is your configuration?

go to bios--softmenu
select the speed as manual
change the fsb. (increase in increments of 5)
change the voltage to +5% (if neccesary, if things become unstable etc)

Now for exact fsb, you have to try yourself but for guidelines, tell us what is your cpu and ram.
