ok thanks ill try that right now
but what i really want is to try to get my CPU up a little higher with out my pc restarting on me 🙁 i dont know if i need to up the CPU Voltage or up my NorthBridge Freq or Voltage im new to overclocking but this is not the first pc i have put together just the first time trying to overclock.

Well you can't get your CPU higher without knowing what's causing your random crashes. You may want to lower the overclock a bit and then test.

ok i set my ram Voltage to 2.0v now and i did stress tests on my ram cpu and video card and it hasn't crashed for about a week i think it was restarting because i was changing Voltages in my bios. ok well what i would like is any info i can get about bios setting to try to get my cpu from x15 to x16 i have ben looking all over the net all i found was people talking about how thay got there AMD Athlon Dual-Core Kuma 7750 Black Edition to x16.5 and x17 but thay dont say what setting thay used to get it up that high i see them say anything past x15 and you have to up the Voltage but thay dont say how high
