i ordered the plextor burner from best buy on sunday and i was notified today (monday) that i can pick it up. problem is i can't pick it up yet because i'm away from home till friday.
there's a rebate associated with this item that requires purchases be made by the 31st of march. now if i pick up this burner on the 1st of april, will the receipt show that i made the purchase on april 1 or on sunday (march 27)?

i know best buy requires that the person who made the purchase pick up the burner, but you guys think it's possible that my brother could pick up the burner for me. we have a unique last name that probably no other family in the world has so...
