that depends on if you like to listen to new stuff all the time or not. I, do not. But glad it works for some people. I'm waiting for bittorrented distributed lossless DRM-less files.... so basically, never. Actually, if it's lossless, I'd go for DRM so long as I can burn it to cd w/o any issue.
and yeah, the sandisk is probably the closest if you're looking at the 4GB range. It actually seems pretty nice.
