I Need an LGA775, C2D MOBO with 4 PCI slots HELP!!!

As the title says. I am in need of this style of motherboard!
Requirements!!!

LGA775 Supporting C2D processors
4 PCI slots
IDE and/or SATA connectors
Price does not matter at this point as long as its reasonable. under 500 USD.

I searched everywhere but I cannot find this anywhere!

Brand name does not matter but the more reputable the better and if it had all solid caps it would be a dream come true but not really necessary as its not gonna be OC'ed
NOTE I only need one PCI EXPRESS for videocard. the rest are 4 regual PCI slots.

Now I can setup everything in one computer and dual monitor rather than having 2 computers and a quad monitor setup! 😀

Perfect site and its a reasonable price. Thanks.
But one problem I was looking over it and I saw that it did not support the "new" E8400 procs any one know one that will support this processor? I could just get a E6700 or something but the price ranges are so close that I would perfer a E8400. Also if the cost of the mobo is like $200 its no problem because I need a few of these and they should be top quality and have very low fail time as they will run very critical apps.
