I need an Email Server (hosting company)

The company I work for has been having major issues with the company that runs our email. We are going to migrate to another provider this week. I would run it in-house, but we don't have a reliable connection right now. What I'm looking for is an email server that runs cPanel. I have one source right now that is fairly reliable, but I'd like to look at alternatives. Basically, I need daily backups, full control of accounts (I like using cPanel), excellent reliability (99.5%+), and a phone number to call if things break. So, they need live support. What hosting company would you recommend?
 
I have 3 customers on Lunarpages and they have been excellent so far (6 months). Very easy to talk to somebody and no downtime ever. Good cpanel too.
