So dragging my lazy ass back to the gym. Seems like I'm at around 80% after 1/2 a year of dormancy. I can still bench two big plates but damn I am sore as hell.
I need a better way to keep track of progress, since I have my phone with me at all times, this seems to be the way.
But... I can't find any decent programs on the Market....🙁
Just need a simple:
Date - Type of day (back, legs, chest or cardio) - & a list of the exercises I do (I can customize the name), # of reps and weight.
