I need an affordable cooling solution to boost my cpu

I haven't decided what cpu you get...Its going to be a 4000+ San Diego or an X2 of some kind. Anyone have any affordable cooling ideas for socket 939 that moves a lot of air, will keep my cpu really cool, and isn't too loud? I was going to get an XP-90C and a $9 silent cat but not at the XP-90C's current retail price. Thanks in advance for help!
 
As everyone is going to say. The xp-90. You can find one on these forums easily for around $20 shipped for oem or $25-30 shipped w/ fan. Wont get much cheaper than that. Although I have seen some people selling the xp120 w/fan for $40 shipped. THats a pretty good deal as well.
