I need an accurate scanner and printer

Ok, its not really for counterfeiting, but really, I want a scanner/printer combo (ideally in one package if that exists, smaller the better) which will let me scan in colour and print a very good reproduction of that (NOT a photocopier, i will need to edit the scans)

any suggestions please?

I suggest scanning the bills at less than 75% or larger than 150% or face time in a Federal prison.
The UK limit is less than 2/3 and more than 150%

All are only allowed to be single sided.
