Now for some reason my GPU is not sending video to my Monitor. If I disconnect the power from the wall, then reconnect it my GPU sends the signal to my Monitor. If I restart the PC it doesnt work unless I disconnected it from the wall. I hope my board, power supply, or GPU are not screwed up. The setting below are set by defaults, let me know if any of those are causing it. Any ideas would be great?

CPU E8400 INTEL
MB-ASUS PQ5-Pro

GPU-HIS ATI HD3850 waiting for my new one to come next week.
Memory Remap=Enabled
Memory Hole=Disabled
Initiate Graphic Adapter=PEG/PCI or should it be PCI/PEG
Plug and Play O/S=No

Thanks,
Chrissy

You have it right. PEG first before PCI.
Have you tried resetting the CMOS (Clear CMOS) back to factory defaults? If not, definitely do that. Use your mobo manual for the proper way to do this.

Check for loose/unsecured cables, then do the BIOS/software update spiel

If your managing to get a signal to your monitor somehow then your hardware is at least functional. What kind of power supply are you using?
