Today was the first day I used a urinal. I rarely leave my house, and on the rare chance I do, I always use the stalls.
Well today I had to leave the house for a few hours and went to a bathroom with just 1 stall and 1 urinal. The stall was in use and I had to pee very badly, so I used the urinal. Half way in to using the urinal, a man came up from behind me and said he was in a hurry. He said, "Move over, we have to share." I thought he was joking, but he pushed me aside and we ended up sharing the urinal.
A few questions:
1) How do you avoid getting too close? We ended up bumping in to each other a few times and it was uncomfortable for me. I tried to stay away as much as possible but I didn't want to pee on the ground.
2) Where are you supposed to look? I tried to look away, but I could see that he was staring at the urinal the whole time. It was very awkward, but maybe he just was trying to avoid bumping in to me more?
3) Is there a way to prevent someone from sharing? I told the man "no" very loudly, but he still came in and did it. All he said in response was, "don't worry about it" and got right next to me. Did he have a right of way?
As you know it is very hard to stop peeing once you start, so I had to stand there and deal with this. I hope I don't sound too weird, it's just that I'm not used to this like most of you guys are. My mom said she had no idea about urinal sharing, so I had to ask you guys.
