I need a word that describes

I can not think of a word that will describe (Not thinking something through before acting on it)

Please help.

I am looking more towards the "Eneducated" decision portion of the word.
Impulsive and spontaneous decisions may sometimes turn out well. I am looking for a word that describes a result of failure, disarray, chaos.

Reckless doesn't really fit the bill either. Reckless means you don't care about the consequences. It is possible to think something through, and still not care about the consequences. Thus reckless really doesn't always describe what you are trying to say. The synonyms there are good though. I'd personally use rash - implies haste, impetuousness, and insufficient consideration.

Oh, the ironing!

I was able to find "despondent", it is an adjective which is a word that describes my current feeling on a decision made in my company.

Despondent: without or almost without hope
