I have a computer in my basement and would like to setup the printer down there also. And I want to hook my my ps2 which is also in the basement. Looks like this device could do all three. I have a wireless setup which works well. Any such devices you guys recommend?

/em is confused.

If you already have a wireless set up, then why would you need another AP? Do you want a wireless bridge with a print server?

There are some such devices -- e.g. the Netgear WGPS606. It connects wirelessly as a client to an existing wireless router / AP. It has a couple of USB ports which can host printers. It has a bunch of wired ethernet ports which you can connect wired clients to, wirelessly bridging them to your main wireless router / access point.

However, the print server for this device isn't very fast and doesn't support all printers. So although it might work, I wouldn't recommend this specific device. Using a computer to host the print server would be a better idea IMO. This device could run a wireless bridge if that's still wanted; it's fine in this role.

If you really want a wireless AP / print server, then something like the D-Link DI-724GU might be a good choice. It's a wireless router, but of course a wireless router can be used as an access point as well. http://www.dlink.com/products/?sec=1&pid=493 . Note that this device probably doesn't support client mode wireless, so it'd have to be wired to the main network, as would your typical AP.
