I need a Win XP 64 Bit DRIVER!!!

Ok, I have a Shuttle XPC with an integrated Silicon image 3512 raid controller. I need an XP64 driver for it. Ive seen many, but they dont work. This is to be used on a floppy during installation yo. PLEASE
