I like the Antec PCI slot fan. I don't know how hot the card you're looking at will run but, I've got one on my box. Link It's the bottom "Cyclone Fan".

WHOA! thats a nifty idea, so should i set that up with a thermaltake? would that effectively help the cooling? and can anybody tell me if the PNY already has good enough cooling?

Go to TweakMonster and take a look @ the Ramsinks. It also has instructions.

Putting a blue orb on is fairly straightforward. If you look on the back of the card, you should be able to see 2 black/white pins sticking through... kind of look like a inverted V, with the open end facing the back of the card. Squeeze the sides in and push them through. Pull the fan off and the fan plug. Clean off the top of the GPU with some isopropyl alcohol. Buy some Artic Silver II and smack it on (must have heatsink compound on before you put the blue orb on, instructions)... align the holes on the blorb (blue orb) with the pins and push it through. Plug in the power and you're done.

Slot fan is OK but if you have decent airflow in the case, it adds very little if anything to the equation. Better cooling on the card is the first step... additional cooling is seconday.
