I need a video capture (and TV tuner) card for European standard.... PAL

I don't know where i could get one...

is there anybody that had the same problem, and has an advice....

are there any links...

I was hoping to get the hauppauge PVR or one of the AIW...


or maybe there is a different one out, MPEG hardware decoder is important for me, as well as i need PAL standard, and a TV tuner....

Furthermore i need to be able to connect a vcr to input and output...

so you mean that i could connect the card with my VCR and then recieve the channels?

In case you know something about the AIW card, can you let me know if there is a difference between the ATI all in wonder RADEON and the ATI all in wonder 128 pro (in respect of TV tuner and MPEG2 capturing?)

That because I am definitely not doing any big games...

you know... all i need it for is for capturing tv and inputting and outputting video from and to a VCR...watching TV and stuff like that..

You could use the tuner in your vcr, use the video out of vcr to video in of videocard/capturecard.

The difference in cards is the all-in-wonder does not supports digital out. The other differences won?t matter to you. NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!!!!!
I do video capture for a living and the All-in-Wonder 128 pro is fine for what you are doing.
