I need a TV Tuner

Im looking to buy a TV tuner but Im having a hard time decide. They all seem to be very low quality products :/

I would PREFER an external tuner with remote, but i want to get the best I can and not spend more then $100. My displays 16:10 resolutions, 1680x1050 being my native.
Any suggestions?

what do you need to run it for ? OTA HDTV? ClearQAM cable?

You need to let us know what source you would be getting your TV from. Is it analog? QAM? Cable box? If it's a cable box what are your output options.

The HD-PVR is just awesome. I have one and I love it, it's the shit if you want to record 720p.


BUT, you'll also want to buy a copy of SageTV (or wrestle with freeware GB-PVR).
