I need a tualatin mb: mATX and agp, help.

I am having a tough time getting useful reviews and opinions on these boards in general. any good opinions or resources?

i am putting a celeron 1.2ghz in and i need to be able to adjust the fsb to 66mhz (underclock for cool ) and the voltage too as well as have an agp slot for my aiw....

never heard of a matx 815EB (T?) board w/ voltage tweaks other that pin modding. i have built a few rigs aroung the Aopen MX3S-T and it is a great board - it has an AGP slot and a decent amount of FSB settings up to 166. highly recommended.
