I need a sub $100, easy to use, easy to transfer to PC camera for my 60yr old mom

Any thoughts?
I don't care what brand it is, but it needs to be easy to get the pictures off for someone who is only "mildly" computer inclined. I don't have time to go to her house every time she wants the pictures off her camera.

Doesn't have to be anything spectacular just "good enough" so she can take some pictures of our new baby when she wants and other 'general' usage. She doesn't even know what a megapixel is so whether its 5 10 or whatever, it just needs to be easy to use, and most importantly, easy to transfer the pictures onto her PC so she can either email them to family or have them printed out.

With all that, I don't plan on spending more than $100, and really thats the top of the budget for all it's going to get used.

Are the Kodak "EasyShares" really easy to use? What would you guys pick up in this situation?
